The challenge

Kentucky YMCA's Salesforce environment demanded coding skills and consultant support the nonprofit couldn't sustain. Students, parents, teachers, advisors, alumni, volunteers, and donors all needed to interact with programs — but the systems serving them were fragmented and hard to maintain.

The goal was ambitious: a platform the staff could run themselves for the next decade.

Our strategy & approach

We migrated all Salesforce data to HubSpot with object-by-object analysis, field-type cleanup, and client-approved data mapping — then built custom portals on the HubSpot platform for advisors, students, parents, alumni, and volunteers.

QuickBooks and GiveLively integrations streamlined finances and donations, Commerce Hub handled program payments, and topic-based training sessions left the team fully self-sufficient at launch.
