Sixteen brands. One platform. Nine months.

The challenge
Briggs & Stratton's global brand portfolio — Ferris, Snapper, Vanguard, Simplicity, Billy Goat, Murray, and ten more — lived on a complex legacy Adobe AEM platform with a hard expiration date: the license ended June 30, 2026. Every brand site meant more maintenance cost, more development friction, and less agility to respond to the market.
The team needed to move an entire ecosystem of parent sites, regional sub-parent sites, and language-variant child sites without fragmenting the buyer experience along the way.
Our strategy & approach
We architected the full migration to HubSpot Content Hub as a parent/sub-parent/child site system: 16 brand parent sites, regional sub-parents across Europe & MEA, Australia/NZ, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, and 10+ AI-translated language variants — over 700 pages in total.
HubDB-driven dynamic templates centralized product manuals, specs, and guides for nearly every brand, so one table update flows across the whole portfolio. The team was trained to clone sites, manage language variants, and publish without a developer — and the final milestone landed a full month before the AEM cutoff.
